Are the items genuine antique pieces?
No. All the items are reproductions of the original antique masterpieces. The original pieces can be found in museums, archaelogical sites, galleries and private collections not only in Greece but all over the world. We do not sell any actual antiquities.
Can i cancel my order?
Cancellation of an order is allowed within the first 3 days of the order placement and prior the order shipment.
Are returns allowed?
Returns are allowed for all items that are on stock or are made within a few days from order placement.
Return authorization
For return authorization you need to contact us via e-mail within seven calendar days of order receipt.
Returned items condition
Returned item(s) must be in unused and/or in unworn condition, in original packaging and unsoiled.
Return shipping charge
Customer would be responsible to pay the return shipping charge on any returns except for those related to a quality problem.
Refund
Once returned product(s) is received by us in the unused original condition, we would issue a credit or a refund in the same form of payment originally used. This process usually takes 1 to 2 weeks from the date the product was received.
